The COVID-19 Pandemic Teaching Us To Be More Considerate In Dealing With Other People

The novel coronavirus truly caught us by surprise when reports first broke out about a deadly pneumonia-like illness spreading in Wuhan, China earlier this year. Four months after the World Health Organization (WHO) officially recognized the coronavirus disease of 2019 or COVID-19 as a pandemic, the whole world was introduced to a concept of new normal. There is no telling when we can go back to our usual lifestyle. For one, we have to be very cautious in going out of the house and interacting with other people in order to prevent the virus from entering our bodies.

Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic has been proven to be not only a public health concern. Our livelihood was also put on the line as strict lockdown measures prevented us from going to work or attending to our business physically. Thus, many people were left jobless or have their monthly salaries slashed by a huge percentage to compensate for these setbacks.

In times of need, we need to be more considerate in doing business with our fellow victims of this pandemic. Truly, we are living in a historic moment and the challenge for us is to show our humanity.

Giving Other People A Leeway In Doing Business With Them

It is true that we need every penny that we can earn at this point in time because there is no guarantee as to when this pandemic situation will be over. We need to save in case of emergency. However, we should not allow ourselves to become cold and insensitive when dealing with other people. That will surely not help you gain the hearts of your followers in social media, especially when you buy tiktok followers online.

Always keep in mind that in this pandemic, we only have each other to rise again. Who else would help you out in times of trouble but your neighbors, friends, companion, and family? If you are able to be considerate of other people's situation, they will be also considerate of you when you  yourself need some help. Likewise, people will also remember you if you become insensitive and cold-hearted, and the worse part is that they might even do the same to you.
