We, people, living in the same world also live our lives in accordance to the trends being set from time to time. Trends most of the time means development and improvement, however, there are also instances wherein we see trends as life changing but in a negative way. How? Why?

Trends do not only consist of technology and fashion, but it also includes lifestyle or way of living. When it comes to technology, a lot of machineries, devices, applications, software are made available for everyone's convenience. The world is already adapting practices that will make use of these advancements. In fashion, it will always vary on season and on the creativity of designers. Clothes' designs are also inspired by the world's current status in terms of development. Now, what could be a lifestyle trend? We can say that it is when one is influenced to follow a set of instructions for meals or an exercise. So for example, if you love eating junk food and this is your comfort food, you will definitely be researching for a citrate for kidney stones to prevent being sick due to consuming so much unhealthy food. A trend or exercise routines as well can be easily searched online to at least burn the oil and toxins that one will get from eating junk food.

Being fit is a trend. It never gets old actually. It is like a classic style of sneakers that will never be out of fashion. Our health should be the top priority especially that the whole world today is experiencing pandemic. The things that we can do to protect ourselves and our families are to get vaccinated, continue the health protocols during the pandemic, exercise and  eat healthy to boost our immune system (which is actually the best thing to focus on).
